Our comprehensive senior adult program offers opportunities for adults sixty-years and older to socialize and stay physically active and mentally alert. Through our varied offerings, we bring senior adults together, foster socialization and help lessen isolation and loneliness. We address the interests of seniors from a range of backgrounds, many in transition and seeking to connect after a move to the area, following the death of a spouse or upon retirement. Our supportive stimulating activities help seniors stay engaged and independent.
The Massry Family Senior Center is open to all adults sixty-years and older. You do not need to be a member of the Albany JCC to participate in senior adult programs. We do accept Silver Sneakers and ReNew Active for those who are interested in using the swimming pool, fitness center, gym or group exercise classes.
