Karate Kidz

Karate (6 to 16 years): This program consists of competition in the following skills sparring, self-defense moves, Bo techniques, and other moves. Children should come dressed in sneakers, sweatpants or shorts, and a tee shirt or purchase a uniform (Gi). Belts supplied. Open to members and guests.
