Join Sabine Seiler, Certified Tai Chi Instructor for the Health Institute and learn the gentle & relaxing movements of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, the evidence-based program designed by Dr. Paul Lam. This sequence of slow, safe, and enjoyable movement has been shown to improve balance, joint flexibility, and breathing.
