Starting and finishing at the Albany JCC on Whitehall Road, the Bagel Run welcomes runners, walkers, families, and community members of all ages.

More than just a race, the Bagel Run is a celebration of community, wellness, and connection. Every registration helps strengthen the programs and services that make the Albany JCC a vibrant resource for individuals and families throughout the Capital Region.

Volunteer Signup
Click here to volunteer before or during the Bagel Run. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Packet Prep: Help prepare the runner bags for race day
- Packet Pickup and Sign-in Table: Hand out runner bags for race day
- Race Day Volunteers: On course volunteers will be assigned as needed and are required to remain at their designated location until the road has been cleared.

Parking and Street Closures the Day of the Race
On the day of the event, the JCC parking lot will be available for parking before 7:00 am. Whitehall Road will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:45 am. For those who need to leave before 10:45 am parking on all side streets leading into Whitehall Road is available.
Start Times
8:00 am: 5K Runners and Walkers
8:10 am: 10K and 15K Events
9:45 am: 1/2-mile(all ages) and 1 mile option (ages 7 and up) Kids Fun Run. Not
timed.
Registration Deadlines
The price for registration will increase to $55 on September 11, 2026.
Run Packets
Run Packets
All runners will receive a Run Packet with an Official Race shirt and other race goodies.
Pick up dates:
Friday, September 18: 4pm-6pm
Saturday, September 19: 9am - 12pm
Sunday, September 20th: 7:00-7:30 am
*JCC Members can pick up their packets during regular JCC hours on those dates.
